If you would like to be reimbursed for your snack bar deposit please sign up for snack bar shifts as early as possible. Once you have worked a shift, you will sign the log book in the snack bar to be reimbursed through Sports Engine.
Reimbursements of $40 per shift will be posted to the credit card that you used to register. Families with one child can work up to two shifts, and families with two or more children can work up to three shifts. Note that we will be submitting reimbursements once a month and they take a little while to make it through the system, so you will not see them immediately.
If games are cancelled due to weather, etc., then you will need to reschedule your shift.
If it is less than a week before your shift and you have to cancel, please find another parent to take your place. The league cannot find staff on short notice.
If you have a last minute issue, and you are not able to work your shift, please do not email the league. Instead, please email your team and your team parent to find another parent who can fill in for your shift. If you can not find someone, then your team parent can help to reach out to other teams.
If you are a "no show" to a shift you signed up for, then you will forfeit the ability to work another shift. We are sorry but this has unfortunately been an issue in the past. Any time a parent does not show up for a shift that they signed up for, it leaves the parents who do show up with the same amount of work, but fewer people to help, which is not fair to them.
