For up to date information or questions about field conditions, call the MUD LINE 949-362-4351 - option 3. 
The MUD LINE is updated at 2pm on weekdays and at 7am on weekends and is always the final authority on whether the fields are open.  Do not go on the fields if the mud line says that they are closed.
